Certain airlines have specific guidelines, so it's imperative to make sure you are following all of the proper travel requirements. Typically, you should receive a travel certificate 10 days prior to your travel date (although this may vary airline to airline).
When traveling with your pet, we strongly suggest they fly with you in the airplane cabin where they're likely to feel more comfortable and safe, rather than in steerage where they are isolated away from you. We understand many pets may not meet the airplane cabin size requirement and the only option may be in steerage. If this is the case, be sure to thoroughly and properly hydrate your pet in their crate and avoid travel during cold or hot temperature seasons.
