Graduating from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell
University in 1975, Dr. Pane
practiced veterinary medicine in western ?>New York for almost two years
before purchasing South Kendall Animal Clinic and Hospital. He has been the owner and
director since 1977, as well as co-founder of the South
Florida Ferret Club. He was President of the
South Florida Veterinary Medical Association (SFVMA) in 1982.
Dr. Pane was on the board of Adopt-A-Pet and now (since 2005)
on the board of the Humane Society of Greater Miami and
Adopt-A-Pet since their merger. He is currently on the Dade
County Veterinary Foundation Board (DCVF).

Dr. Pane has been married to Debbie since 1976 and has three
children; Justin, Heather and Sean. Dr. and Mrs. Pane’s family
also includes two dogs; Shayna and Baby 2.0, Benny the cat and their
amazon parrot, Partner.
